Banff

June 18, 2012 Banff   

The morning started right with three pretty mule deer having breakfast right outside our RV’s.   We spent the rest of the morning doing chores such as laundry, grocery shopping, and photo organizing.  

In the afternoon, we went into Banff and spent time at the Starbucks trying to catch up on the website with free wifi.  It was rather slow, so we could only do one day before the computer battery gave out, but it was good to be on line again!  We shopped the rest of the afternoon, then took a drive around Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack lake, and Cascade Pond where we saw Bighorn Sheep and  found a wonderful waterfall.  

Back at the RVs we had happy hour, dinner, and a nice walk with the dogs.  Tomorrow we are off to Jasper.
